Arriva gives business park workers a free ride!

Arriva is rewarding workers at Inchinnan Business Park whoentered a prize draw for free bus travel.

The competition promised a chance to win free travel vouchersand was designed to encourage more people to choose the bus totravel to work.

Ian Craig, director and general manager for Arriva ScotlandWest, said:

We are very pleased by the numbers of businesses andindividuals that participated in this initiative and hope that byraising awareness of our services to this area even more peoplewill be able to benefit by choosing the bus.

Members of the Scottish Parliament, Wendy Alexander and TrishGoddard, are both supporters of increasing use of the bus servicesalready running into Inchinnan Business Park.

Ian Craig added:

We are delighted that Trish Goddard MSP was able tospare the time to come and make the prize draw which gives 22employees from six different companies a chance to try the bus forfree. We hope that when they experience how relaxing it can bebeing driven to work, they will be encouraged to try the bus moreoften.

The winners are employees from Aulds, Eclipse Blinds, ChubbSecurity, Prime Staff, TRS and Teknek – all based atInchinnan Business Park.
