Arriva completes sale of Scotland West operations

Arriva has concluded the sale of its Arriva Scotland West operation to McGill’s Bus Service Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

McGill’s has acquired Arriva’s Johnstone and Inchinnan depots as well as the 153 buses that operated from them. Some 360 former Arriva employees have also transferred to the new owner, under the Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) regulations.
