Working together to deliver further improvements to the Traws Cambria network – partners introduce new buses on the X94

Arriva North West and Wales, in partnership with the WelshAssembly Government, is introducing new buses and more journeysonto the X94 (Wrexham to Barmouth) service – part of the TrawsCambria network.

The five new vehicles, funded by Arriva, the Welsh AssemblyGovernment and local authorities, feature low floor easy access,improved coach style seating, and CCTV to improve customer safety.And for the first time, all buses have exterior bicycle rackshelping local people and tourists make the most of the beautifulcountryside. Arriva also promises a more frequent service – therewill now be 12 journeys, instead of 9, per day between Wrexham andBarmouth.

We are very pleased to work with the Welsh AssemblyGovernment to improve customers' travelling experience further withthe introduction of these new buses to the X94service.
The new vehicles are all low floor, easy access, makingthem easier to board both for people with limited mobility andthose with pushchairs.
The new buses demonstrate our commitment to working inpartnership to deliver real, measurable improvements for ourcustomers on the Traws Cambria network.
