The shortlist announcement for the 2017 UK Bus Awards at the Museum of Transport, Greater Manchester this week has seen Arriva secure its most successful year to date, receiving an impressive 19 nominations across 14 keenly contested categories.

(London, 24 August 2017) Arriva, one of Europe’s largest passenger transport companies, announced today that Tom Joyner has been appointed as Managing Director of Arriva Train Wales, which operates the Wales and Border franchise. Tom is currently Passenger Services Director for London Midland and will take up the post with Arriva on the 2nd October 2017. Tom takes over from Ian Bullock who is stepping down as Managing Director.
